ON SITE REPAIR

On site repair consists of equipment evaluation, fault isolation and diagnostics. A verbal report of the problem is given and many repairs are completed at this level if authorized to do so. Next a written estimate to repair is given and we wait  for authorization before completing any work. Parts are then procured if not in stock and we return to complete the repair..
 

IN HOUSE (SHOP) REPAIR

For products picked up, shipped in or dropped off at our facility we perform the basic steps listed above. When authorized, repairs are completed and equipment is returned. Shop repair is also utilized when equipment requires a clean or temperature stable environment, isolation of intermittent problems and component level repairs not suited to field work.
 

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Preventative maintenance includes services such as cleaning scale pits or installation of optional protective equipment. Examples  are static prevention kits, cable guards and conduit, scale bumpers, ramps or  anchor kits, anti-theft devices and indicator mounting assemblies. Replacing in service covers, membrane keypads or anything that will alleviate expensive repairs in the future.
